Creating an account

An account is free. It lets you save answers, write private reflections on them and sort them into study folders. Reading and searching need no account.

1. Choose Join at the top of the page.
2. Fill in your Full name, Email, Country and Local church name, and choose a Password of at least 8 characters.
3. Press Create account.
4. Open the email that arrives and press Verify Email Address. The link works for an hour. Until you have done this, your dashboard shows a page asking you to verify, and answers cannot be saved. Resend Verification Email sends a new link.

When the site offers it, Sign up with Google makes the account from your Google address in one step, with no password and no email to confirm. Keep signing in with Google afterwards.

To sign in later, choose Sign in (on a phone, in the menu) and enter your email and password. Remember me keeps you signed in on that device.

If you forget your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your email and press Send reset link. Open the email that arrives and press Choose a new password. The link works for an hour, and only once. Enter the new password twice and press Save password: you are then signed in with it. An account made with Google has no password, and the same steps give it one.
