Question
Answer
Well, now in the spring of the year, the flower’s gone, the petal’s gone, the bulb’s gone, the—the seed’s gone, the pulp’s gone; everything’s gone. But that’s not the end of the flower. When that warm sunshine begins to bathe upon the earth, there’s a little germ of life somewhere, hid away, that no science can find. It reproduces the same kind of a flower that went down. If God made a way for a flower to live again, how much more He did for a man to live again. The whole basis of Christianity is based upon the fundamental fact of resurrection. Now, if I should drop this on the floor, now to pick up this off the floor, would not be resurrection, or pick up something that looks like it, wouldn’t be resurrection. Resurrection is to pick up the same thing that dropped down.
