Question

Who has the right to pray for the sick?

Answer

So what He has done, I cannot do, or no one else. But now, if you can appropriate faith, have faith to believe that He has did this and it’s for you, individually you, then the healing will be there. It will not fail. So have faith in God. God has set preachers into the church. These pastors here, throughout the countries, wonderful men of God, anointed of God, they have just as much right to pray for the sick as I do or anyone else. And not only the pastor, but every member of the church has a right to pray for the sick. The gift of healing works in the church, the entire church; not only in the pastor. Said, “Confess your faults one to another and pray one for the—another, that you may be healed; for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” I believe Him. Now, I want you to do this for me tonight: have faith in Him. Then after that, He sent gifts into the church, such as prophesies, and every—the other gifts, teachers, and pastors, and so forth that He’s placed in the church all for the perfecting of the church to get the people to have faith in His finished work at Calvary.
